Returns and Exchange Policy

Hands To Heart Sleep Swaddle™ wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that on occasion a return or exchange is necessary. You may return your unworn and unwashed swaddle(s) within 10 calendar days of purchase for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs on returns & exchanges. WORN OR WASHED SWADDLES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED or if we are contacted about the return/exchange outside of 10 calendar days. THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM ALL RETURNS. No returns on promotional sales.

All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA #). THE HANDS TO HEART SLEEP SWADDLE IS NO LONGER TAKING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

  1. Original purchasers name and address (phone number optional but recommended)
  2. Product to be returned or exchanged
  3. Reason for return or product to be exchanged out for

Once our Customer Service Department receives your email, you will then be emailed a RA #. Please remember to check your Junk Mail folder for our email as sometimes our emails are flagged as spam. Refunds may only be credited back to the card that was originally used to make the purchase.

With all shipments of Returns/Exchanges, you MUST include:

  1. All UNWORN and UNWASHED swaddle(s) to be returned/exchanged
  2. Note listing your name and address
  3. Note listing your RA #.
  4. If an exchange, you must include the name/address to where you would like your item shipped, what you’re exchanging your swaddle for and a check for $6.75 to cover shipping.

Hands To Heart Sleep Swaddle™ cannot guarantee returns/exchanges if the all of the above information is not provided to us.

We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides package tracking, as we cannot be responsible for returned/exchanged items until we receive them.

Hands To Heart Sleep Swaddle™ shall not be responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the freight company.

If you are returning or exchanging an item, your transaction will be processed within a reasonable amount of time once the item(s) and all of the required inclusions are received. If the reason for the return or exchange was due to a mistake on our part or is the product is defective, you will not be responsible for paying additional shipping charges. Refunds are for swaddles only. No shipping charges or gift cards will be refunded. Exceptions to our Return and Exchange Policy are at the sole discretion of Hands To Heart Sleep Swaddle™, and must be agreed upon before an item is returned.
